 Eye Examination & Services:
We provide comprehensive eye examinations and a full spectrum of contact lens fittings including fittings for specialty lenses.
Treatment & Management of Eye Disease:
We carefully screen for eye health problems, and diagnose and treat eye diseases. Our patients appreciate the advanced technology and thoroughness of our examinations.
We co-manage Lasik and cataract surgery. This includes pre and post surgery care at our office.
Eyeglass Frames & Lenses:
We are pleased to provide the Swarovski, Caviar, Lindberg and Cazal premier frames, which are among the most fashionable and well-made frames available in the world.
Budget frames and high quality midrange frames covered by most insurance plans are also available.
We take great pride in providing the best quality Zeiss German Optic Lenses including progressive (no line) designs with superior scratch resistant and smudge resistant anti-reflective coatings.
Contact Lenses:
Dr. Winter is known for accepting challenging contact lens fittings and staying current on new developments in contact lenses.

Warranties
-
Scratch resistant lenses are warranted for one year.

Teflon coated lenses are warranted for two years.

Most frames are warranted for at least one year.
Nutritional Counseling:
Long term research studies have shown that certain eye diseases such as Age Related Macular Degeneration can often be prevented, slowed or stabilized with antioxidant vitamins. Research has shown that nutritional supplements protect the eye from some of the detrimental effects of aging.
Vision & Medical Insurance:
We accept many vision insurance plans including VSP, Eyemed, Superior Vision and others. Vision insurance is designed to pay for all or part of eye exams, contact lens fittings, contact lenses, and eyeglasses. It does not cover medical exams or procedures for disease. Vision Insurance does not cover medical office visits, but medical insurance will usually cover these visits.
We accept many medical insurance plans such as Medicare, United Healthcare, Unicare and most Blue Cross/BlueShield and Cigna Plans. We are out-of-network providers for other medical insurance carriers.
 Elimination of Myopia & Astigmatism:
Corneal Reshaping Treatment (CRT) is a nonsurgical and reversible way to eliminate nearsightedness and astigmatism by using specifically designed contact lenses. CRT may be performed on children or adults with similar results as LASIK surgery. Special contact lenses are fitted to reshape the cornea so that clear vision is obtained rapidly. These lenses are worn at night and can restore eyesight to 20/20 in most individuals who are acceptable candidates.

We provide a Vision Benefit Plan to owners and employees of small businesses at NO COST to either.
